The Crimefighter runs up to Milwaukee for a classic gaming convention...

This rap sheet is posted in news:rec.sport.pro-wrestling.info a newsgroup that many wrestling organizations could utilize to spread info about their shows but don't, and the dossier of all the ones I've written are stored in http://rap-sheet.tripod.com.

This past weekend was the Midwest Gaming Classic, the Midwest's biggest electronic gaming convention held at the Brookfield Sheration Hotel. It was a five-hour drive from home, or close to 300 miles. This event was similar to what I was REALLY wanting to go to last year at Mall of America in Minnesota but mall management kept changing the dates ultimately causing the whole thing to be cancelled. Being the avid gamer that I am, I was watching for another one of these type of events to come forth, and one popped up in Milwaukee, WI. So I got a hotel room, and made the drive up Friday morning. Since I didn't have anything else in mind to do Friday night and it was raining a LOT during the weekend, I had the option of attending this wrestling event. In going to BCW and the MCG events, I ended up missing my first NMW show ever. Given the fact that I am their commentator now, it was a bit sucky that I couldn't do the broadcast this month. But I didn't want to wait ANOTHER year for a gaming event like this so the planned trip I had scheduled before taking the position was going to happen.

I had been dissatisfied with wrestling events in the St. Louis area. Granted I've only been to two of the feds, but I've been rather made not welcome by the fans of these two groups, leading me to wonder if all St. Louis fans were whacked. As a sarcastic shot against all those people down in the St. Louis area, specifically Midwest Powerhouse Wrestling who thinks I'm out to destroy their fed by giving them nothing but negative reviews of their shows, I wrote that there was a man who reviews WWE shows every week that's doing more to "destroy" the wrestling industry than I ever could. That man being Scott Keith who's about to release another book, "One Ring Circus: The Death of the World Wrestling Federation". The paragraph telling these malcontents to stop Keith before he succeeds in killing WWE just like he did with WCW appeared in his most recent Smark RAW Rant! http://www.411mania.com/wrestling/tvreports/article.php?tvreports_id=1614 Thankfully the number of people who didn't get the sarcasm was limited to just two people but anyway, Vince McMahon himself needs to read it when it comes out. Well after the fuss from St. Louis it was suggested to me to catch a Chicago area show sometime and do a comparison so the opportunity presented itself in BCW. Yeah it's not Chicago itself but it's not that far away from Milwaukee.

Before I go to that...a few words about my performance at the gaming event. Got there early and took a tour of everything first, then got down to playing games. Tournies were what I wanted to enter, and alas, not all of them were held as promised. Dunno what happened with those, perhaps they weren't as organized as they thought in some places. Twin Galaxies held a tournament on four games, those being Ms. Pac-man (fast), Donkey Kong, Kangaroo & Centipede. Kangaroo is freakishly frustrating to play as getting killed happens too easily despite how "simple" the game is. Someone racked up 939,000 on Donkey Kong, which that someone turned out to be Billy Mitchell, yeah it's THE Billy Mitchell, who got the first perfect score on Pac-man. Some other local gamer racked up a million points on Centipede, so that was out too. I finally got a crack at the machine with Ms. Pac-man on it (there were several of those multi-game machines there allowing a bigger variety of games without taking up as much room). First play, I got to 254,000 points or so to win the certificate. Later in the evening there were gaming contests during the Atari Age after party, I won three of those, then a gaming challenge that only two people completed the entire weekend.

Live from the AMF Lanes in the Sierra Room. It's a low ceiling venue! But not low enough to prevent all moves from the top rope. Attendance appeared to just make 100 or so, but did they do ANY advertising of the show? Like put up fliers? Shocking as it sounds, they don't believe fliers work at all. And there's the group of wrestling fans that have the attitude of, if it ain't WWE, then it's inferior wrestling (gee did these people see Judgement Day? It BOMBED!) and they won't go. Well they best start going to indy shows, cause the WWE has been in a real slump the past few years. Regardless, they SHOULD do the legwork and put fliers up where they can, cause it can make the difference between 100 people attending and 200 people attending, and a lot of the Chicago/Milwaukee area feds have this low attendance. NMW for instance, outdrew BCW with 250 people that same weekend. With 100 people at $10 a ticket, the gate is only $1000, minus rental of the facility, minus payment of the talent and whatever else. I just don't know how they turn a profit, unless they are recouping a lot out of tape sales but I don't think that's the case. Spending the $10 on fliers to get double the gate is a worthwhile investment in my view, and if you can't manage more than 100 in a city of a couple million, you're in trouble.

I should make note before I start, that the Chicago and Milwaukee feds share talent with each other a lot, so there will probably be a lot of alphabet soup notes on who's got which belt from whichever fed. All the titles tonight that are defended come from BCW only though.

Your ring announcer is "1ManOrgy" Joey Eastman. He goes over the lineup at the start of the show, then has a lady do the national anthem. Your referees are "The Teenage Heartthrob" Scott DeMarc and Chad Nichols. The promoter is Frankie Defalco.

"Crazy" Jack Berzerker 275lbs. Parts Unknown vs. "The Business" Xavier Mustafa 317lbs. Atlanta, GA - they announce this as a rookie match. Crazy Jack is wearing PANTY HOSE on his head? You kidding me? Kinda hard to wrestle with that on. Lockup, then they pull apart and get nothing. They do this a few times, Jack gets a headlock, shoveoff, shoulderblocks get nothing. Clothesline Xavier, Jack with a knockdown, armdrag Xavier. Jack with an Irish whip shoulderblock Xavier, hip toss gets two. Xavier suplex blocked, suplex Jack, powerslam gets two. Big elbow from Jack misses. They lockup again, slam Xavier, running legdrop gets two. Jack with a rake, forearms, whip to the corner, Jack charges but eats a boot. Xavier with a Vader Bomb gets three. Real basic match, just didn't care for it.

WINNER: "The Business" Xavier Mustafa pin -> 5:20 mins. ½*

"The Natural" Chris Black 200lbs. Memphis, TN vs. "The Kid" TC Washington 160lbs. Hattiesburg, MS - Lockup in the corner, forearm shot blocked. Lockup in the corner, TC slugs Black. Lockup again, headlock takedown TC, headscissors Black, escape, clothesline Black. Armwringer Black, karate kickdown. Black kicks away, suplex, knees to the back. A reverse shoulderblock in the corner by Black, side suplex gets two. Spinning slam by Black is reversed into a DDT by TC. TC chops away, he sets him up, senton TC gets two. Irish whip Black, clothesline (it APPEARED he whiffed on it). Irish whip Black, double clothesline and they're both down. Then Steve Stone and Brandon Blaze rush the ring and beat the tar out of both men for the SPORTS ENTERTAINMENT FINISH at 5:30 mins. Bleh.

NO WINNER: NO CONTEST -> 5:30 mins. *

Come on, I got tired of these in St. Louis! Brandon Blaze and Steve Stone take turns hitting a flatliner, headbutt in the gut, death valley driver, spinning facebuster, and chops. They dump them out, then get the mike. Blaze goes first, complaining about being assaulted by a women during his match with Adrian Serrano causing him to lose. Well he's sitting at the table a short distance away so he's glaring at him. He says Steve Stone is the REAL champ, yes he's got the MSPW Heavyweight Belt at this point. Stone starts bashing Serrano, and says he's gonna take his title back, cause he never lost. He calls Bryce Benjamin and Bailey Mannix to the ring. One of them guys bashes the Milwaukee crowd and its women, and complains about Bryce having to fight a woman tonight. Bailey says they got to face two guys facing deportation, and if the immigration service came over half the locker room would be taken out. There's a bit more arguing before they take off.

Kingpin 5'10" 215lbs. Bowling Green, KY vs. Jimmy Goomba 5'10" 203lbs. Italy - Kingpin is not the character of the Marvel comics villains, this is someone who bowls. And he brings a bowling pin to the ring, and gets into it with fans. Lockup in the corner, takedown Kingpin, wrestling on the mat, side slam Kingpin. Someone runs up and swipes the bowling pin. Armdrag, hip toss Jimmy, then throws him out. Baseball slide Jimmy, whip reverse Goomba hits the apron. Oh yeah, they're in the aisle next to me. Kingpin with a suplex on the floor! There's no mats! Kickaway on the floor, toss in, Kingpin goes up, axe handle on the back, he kicks away and torques Jimmy's face. Jimmy chops out of it, whip reverse BOOT, elbow gets Kingpin two. Nerve hold Kingpin, Jimmy elbows out, knee to the gut by Kingpin. Kingpin slugs away in the corner, whip splash, drop kick LOW BLOW, headbutt LOW BLOW. Jimmy gets a sunset flip for two, knee knock Kingpin, choke on the rope. Kingpin slides how and slaps Goomba. That woke him up, Jimmy whip reverse elbow Kingpin. Rear chinlock Kingpin, Jimmy gets up and flips him over for two. Monkey flip by Goomba, goes to the second rope and misses the axe handle shot. Headbutt LOW BLOW by Kingpin, then tries the People's Elbow but misses. They trade chops, then slugaway and knock themselves out. Jimmy gets up first, whip drop kick, second whip is blocked, variation of a reverse DDT gets two. Kingpin with ANOTHER LOW BLOW, then an spinning death valley driver (F5 perhaps?) gets the pin. LOTS of low blows in this one.

WINNER: Kingpin pin -> 9 min. ***

Oh but there's more! As Kingpin leaves I'm holding that GUTTER BALL sign, he takes it and rips it up, but then starts stuffing it down the back of my shirt and messing with my hair! I get up screaming and yelling then start chasing the lunkhead. I didn't dare chase him through the curtain but boy I was pissed. I've never been attacked by a wrestler like that before, he thought I was used to that or something. Needless to say, with the five-hour drive and a nagging headache already, I was even crankier the rest of the evening. After the show was over he said he thought I was used to this stuff or something. No big deal over the incident.

Strap Match
Dysfunction 6'0" 215lbs. Smokingville, CA w/ Carmine Despirito vs. Bobby Valentino 155lbs. Boston, MA - Silas Young was supposed to be facing Dysfunction tonight, but he was injured during the week during training. Carmine Despirito is to be handcuffed to security guy Big Ronnie during this match. Carmine starts running his mouth about the crowd's looks, then say one side of the room is Ronnie's friends and the other side is his family. Thus, members of Ronnie's family try to rush the ring and have to be restrained. Man...and Carmine is still insulting them. They cuff him to Ronnie. The first person to touch all four corners of the ring dragging the other guy along is the winner. The length of that strap is long enough that you can dump the guy in the center and hit the corners. They play tug-a-war at the start. Bobby flips over Dysfunction, lockup, waistlock, he goes for a pin but it doesn't count. Lockup, Bobby goes for the rollup again, HEY PINFALLS DON'T COUNT! Lockup again, Bobby trips Dysfunction. Ankle lock chinlock combo Bobby, then whips him with the strip. Dysfunction bails, Bobby goes up SENTON from the top rope to the floor! Bobby slugs away, whips him with the strap. He goes back in and loops it around the turnbuckle then yanks the strap to the post! They walk around the ring, Bobby slugging him, he charges, DDT off the ropes into the floor! OUCH. Bobby whips him in the back, whip into the post Dysfunction and he's bleeding. Dysfunction whips Bobby with the strap, shoves him into the crowd. Dysfunction pickup, pulls the strap between the legs and kicks him in the rear! Belt whip Dysfunction, he ties his neck with the strap and into the floor. Toss in the ring, Dysfunction chop, knee to the gut, kick to the gut, knockdown, running knee to the head, a second one! Choke in the corner, dueling chants! Dysfunction whips him in the chest, he throws Bobby over the top! He takes himself over too, chop on the back. Bobby takes Dysfunction past the videotape stand to an empty table, head slam! Bobby hooks him then runs up the wall and it's an ACID DROP INTO THE TABLE! Yikes! EVACUATE THE AREA! Valentino gets hurled into my section of chairs! ARRGH! I'm getting outta there! Now Dysfunction goes to the bar, he sits Bobby hard on the stool and BOOTS him! They go back to the ring, Dysfunction slugs away, ram into the post. Bobby off the apron, SENTON to the floor! Valentino puts him in the ring, he kicks him in the corner, Bronco Buster meets a BOOT to the groin! Dueling chants ring out! Dysfunction has the strap and whips him on the back, BEHIND THE BACK SHOULDERBREAKER! He goes to the corners, gets three, Bobby breaks it up. Valentino with an INVERTED hurraconranna! They slug away at each other, trade chops, drop kick Bobby! Bobby with a running double punch to the head, LOW BLOW, Sliced Bread #2! Bobby goes up to the second rope, 450 splash! Bobby goes to the corners, gets three, but Dysfunction blocks him. Dysfunction with a BEHIND THE BACK PILEDRIVER! There's a big commotion going on in the crowd...Carmine just knocked out Big Ronnie! And Ronnie's mother is trying to run over and jump into the melee while family members are restraining her and trying to calm her down! Dysfunction goes to the corners, gets three, slugs Bobby down, hits the fourth and it's over!

WINNER: Dysfunction KO -> 13 mins. ****

Gee, we got another disturbance, another couple fans are wanting to lunge at wrestler! XXXPlicit Content, Steve Stone, Bryce Benjamin and one other jump in the ring again after Dysfunction leaves and they are beating the crap out of Valentino, then they HANG HIM with the strap over the top rope! Chris Black runs in the ring, Jimmy Goomba, Xavier, TC Washington to try making the save but they are taken out! Goomba's thrown on the floor! Dysfunction goes back to the ring, it's a freakin' riot! Bryce and Bailey hold Valentino up for Dysfunction, but he BOOTS Bryce OUT! Carmine nails someone with a pan, and surprise surprise, all the Milwaukee guys gather up in the ring while the Chicago guys run off! Carmine has the mike, he wants them to get back in the ring you wannabes! The fans curse Chicago! Someone threw the strap at them! Carmine says Wisconsin is his home, and trashes Illinois. He tells the promoter Defalco he wants to lead the Wisconsin army against Illinois. A challenge is made. Dysfunction and Valentino apparently are cousins, and they want a title match against XXXPlicit Content. The props are given out then they go to intermission.

During intermission I find out how many members of the family are involved in BCW, in a non-wrestling capacity, and find out why an elderly woman would try to jump into a melee of wrestlers fighting. She didn't care. I move to a different location for the rest of the show, is it safer?

Six-Man Lucha Libre Match 2/3 Falls
Principe' Azteca & Rey Azteca & Maleficio 647lbs. vs. "International Discovery" - El Dorado & Swat Cat & Fuerza Aerea, Jr. 651lbs. - El Dorado is the only man without a mask here. Telling these guys apart required pictures, but Swat Cat has a cat symbol on his chest wearing red, blue and purple, Maleficio has big horns on his mask, Principe has a P on his boots wearing all black, Aerea is wearing all blue, Rey is wearing red and yellow. Interesting fact, they came in like right before the show was supposed to start, and I could tell it was them. They committed the cardinal sin of being seen in public without their masks on. Heh! They left the building with their masks on though. First fall: El Dorado and Maleficio start the match. Dorado armdrag. Waistlock takedown Maleficio, trading trips, armdrag Dorado. Maleficio with a trip, armdrag Dorado, Maleficio flying headscissors. Dorado baseball slide dropkicks Maleficio out. Now I feel in danger again cause they've went out by me. Swat Cat is in with Rey Azteca, trades armdrags, hip toss Cat, drop kicks Rey out. Maleficio tries to slingshot himself back in the ring and TRIPS! Everyone's laughing at him! Principe goes in instead, Aerea comes in. Aerea with an armdrag, they go out. Two wrestlers come flying my direction again, Asai moonsault and Aerea is practically in my lap! Swat Cat gets clotheslined on the mat, some sort of rocking motion submission hold is put on him. El Dorado gets the pin on Maleficio in the melee with a rollup somehow at 4:15 mins. to take the first fall. Second fall: Maleficio against Aerea, Maleficio chops away, Swat Cat comes in and gets knocked down. Whip back body drop, Prinicipe and Rey jump in, double whip double clothesline. Dorado gets in and chopped. Maleficio chops someone, Aerea in, gets chopped by Prinicipe, everyone's in now. Rey snap mare kick to the back, Prinicipe with the liontamer but the opponent's in the ropes. Rey Azteca with the Boston Crab on Swat Cat and he taps! Rey Azteca gets the second fall at 6:10 minutes to tie it up. Double whip sloppy spinebuster, then a double leglock or some sort until the ref clears the ring. Swat Cat and Maleficio chops, Swat Cat bails. El Dorado is in a heap in front of me, then gets rammed into the post by Prinicipe. They're all fighting in the crowd. Third fall hasn't officially begun, Maleficio chops Aerea, someone's showing off and arguing with the crowd. Finally we get a third fall bell. Aerea whips Maleficio, Prinicipe comes in, big chop, shoulderblock, Maleficio knocks Aerea out, Swat Cat in, double whip double back body drop and nearly clips the ceiling. Rey gets in, snap mare, Maleficio with a slingshot senton. Dorado in, Rey takes him down, butterfly armbar. Maleficio kicks Dorado. What a mess. Dorado with a chop and shows off. Aerea knocks off Prinicipe and fights on the floor, Swat Cat fights in the crowd, Maleficio trades chops with Dorado, DDT by Aerea on Rey Azteca. Dorado chops Rey, throw into the post. Dorado with a CHAIRSHOT on Principe! Fight over the chair. Everyone gets back in the ring finally. Maleficio and Aerea trade chops, whip to the corner crash by Maleficio. Whip to the corner, Maleficio eats a boot! DDT Aerea, armdrag, Maleficio bails out. Aerea off the ropes moonsault on Maleficio! Swat Cat flying body tackle on Rey. Dorado gets a cover on Prinicipe and wins the last fall.

WINNERS: "International Discovery" - El Dorado & Swat Cat & Fuerza Aerea, Jr. (2-1) pin, pin -> 11:40 mins. **

Match was a wild mess with bodies flying EVERYWHERE, no where in this building is safe. The losers call for a rematch, Frankie Defalco agrees to hold one during the next show. But they all wanna wrestle right now! Oh well. They pose for pictures in the ring. They shouldn't had bothered with official seperate starts of each fall, since they were fighting between falls as it was and just let it go continuously.

Man vs. Woman
"The Male Cheerleader" Bryce Benjamin 187lbs. "Yo Mamma House" vs. "The Jewel" Jenny Montgomery stats unknown - Jenny is listed as one of BCW's referees and this apparently is her first match ever. My sign is "Bryce can't dates so he beats girls up instead!" Jenny takes my sign and holds it up at Bryce, then the camera Bryce is announced at 387lbs??? No way, and he's got this ridiculous cheerleaders outfit on. Lockup, armdrag Bryce, hip toss, slam. Bryce starts celebrating then Jenny armdrag, hip toss, bodyslam and he bails. She chases him out, follows him in but avoids the trap of the elbowdrop. Rear facelock, forearms, Bryce gets a headlock, takedown, Jenny gets a rollup for two. Headscissors, Bryce flips over her for two. Irish whip Bryce, shoulderblock Jenny. The Jewel gets a LOW BLOW, she chops away, Bryce with a RAKE, then a rope burn! DDT Bryce, legdrop gets two. Whip Bryce, elbow, rolling thunder is teased but he just covers for two. Slam Bryce, here comes the People's LEGDROP and it gets two. Inverted spinning neckbreaker Jenny gets two. Choke on the mat by Jenny, I can't believe all the Bryce fans in the crowd. Bryce with a LOW BLOW...but it DOESN'T WORK ON A GIRL!!! LOW BLOW Jenny, DDT gets two. Slugfest, poke Bryce, kickaway. Whip Bryce crash in the corner, NOW he teases the bronco buster but he meets ANOTHER LOW BLOW that gets Jenny two. Man, BCW uses the low blows as much as NMW! Suplex Jenny gets two. Whip reverse sunset flip Jenny gets two. Clothesline Bryce, slingshot senton gets two. Bryce whip reverse clothesline blocked, but he puts her in the torture rack drop. Bryce goes to a corner, stomps with one foot, and it's a HARD "sweet chin music" SUPERKICK in the FACE for Jenny knocking her out COLD for the pin. Aw crap.

WINNER: "The Male Cheerleader" Bryce Benjamin pin -> 10:35 mins. ***½

This is why I don't like man vs. woman matches cause morally I don't care for seeing men beat up women. And this is the perfect example, Jenny ain't moving. Shortly a bunch of people jump in the ring to attend to her, Bryce jumps back in the ring to gloat in her face, bastard. They fetch a table to use as a stretcher and some moron has the gall to shout "boring". After they get her on the table, her body convulses a bit. They quickly get her to the back. After the show she was up and walking around and admits she gets beat up by Bryce all the time. I gave her my sign to remember this match. Ugh, knocked unconscious in your first match...welcome to the world of professional wrestling Ms. Montgomery!

BCW Tag Team Championship
(c)XXXPlicit Content - Delicious Danny Scott & Bailey Mannix 425lbs. combined "Electric Ave." vs. Los Mexicannos - Eddie Cruz & Rudy Gomez 490lbs. combined Tiajuanna, Mexico - XXXPlicit Content are triple crown title holders at this point with the BCW, MSPW & NWA-WI tag titles, now THAT'S a pile of belts! Considering how many indy feds there are in the area, maybe they should try piling on more belts and attempt to meet up with Ultimo Dragon's nine belt record. Dig Bailey's new hairdo, I didn't recognize that it was him earlier. The Los Mexicannos grab the belts and pose with them a bit, then Eastman lugs the pile back to the timekeeper table. DDS & Rudy start, Rudy works the arm, hip tosses, armbar. Tag Eddie, second rope headbutt on the arm, axe on the arm, he works on it, scissors it, DDS gets away. Lockup, suplex Eddie and he holds him up and pushes his feet through the ceiling tiles! Takedown, headbutt to the back, slam Eddie, second rope elbow, elbows in the corner. Bailey jumps in and hits a second rope DDT on the side of the head (? not sure). We had an illegal switch in there somewhere, force tag DDS back in. DDS kicks away then covers for two. Choke on the rope, rope burn DDS, drop kick LOW BLOW! Tag Bailey, whip clothesline gets two. Illegal switch, choke DDS, whip sunset flip Eddie gets two. DDS clothesline, he knocks Rudy off, another illegal switch. Bailey double team splash gets two. OK roll Eddie gets two, DDT Eddie. Bailey tags DDS and he cuts him off. Snap mare and kick from DDS, rear chinlock. Bailey jumps in illegally and hits a drop kick. Bailey tagged and gets two. Flying knee gets two. He stands on Eddie's groin muscle, ouch. Tag DDS, ANOTHER LOW BLOW KICK gets two. Pardon me, but are LOW BLOWS legal moves in this fed? Eddie slugs away, whip sleeper DDS. Eddie gets up, DDS knees him down. Tag Bailey, DDS slingshots him in for a senton and gets two. Whip spinning forearm Bailey gets two. Slam Bailey, he goes up, flying double knee to the gut! Tag DDS and he covers for two. They trade chops, whip Eddie gets a clothesline, he FINALLY tags Rudy and it's a melee! Rudy slams everyone, whatsup drop headbutt on Danny Scott, Bailey is caught in a running BULLDOG LOW BLOW into DDS! Eddie works Bailey over, DROP TOE HOLD headfirst into DDS LOW BLOW! Eddie whips Rudy into a shoulderblock double reversal splash on Mannix. Los Mexicannos with a side slam combo with a blow from the second rope gets two. DDS makes the save, Rudy dumps DDS out. Rudy has a STRAW??? He tries sticking him in the face with it. Eddie tries to slingshot Bailey in, but he won't go, forearm shot instead. DDS whips Rudy into the post, what was he doing with a plastic straw? Anyone know? Eddie gets tripped up Bailey gets a cover with the feet on the ropes and we get three! Arrgh.

WINNERS and STILL CHAMPS: XXXPlicit Content pin -> 14:15 mins. ****¼

Best match of the night though. The Milwaukee troops rush the ring, Dysfunction and Bobby Valentino attack. Carmine Despirito hits someone with a trashcan full of trash and bottles in it. Dang that was dangerous for the fans nearby! They all fight to the back and thru the curtain! After everyone's cleared out, Joey Eastman names the fan of the night, and it's Joe Herro!

BCW Heavyweight Championship
(c)Adrian Serrano 5'8" 198lbs. Milwaukee, WI w/ D'Sire vs. "Metalhead" Steve Stone 220lbs. Highland, IN - Serrano apparently has come to Springfield in the past for shoot-fight tournaments but has never heard of my local fed. Steve Stone is MSPW heavyweight champ at this point, but his belt isn't on the line. Stone hangs all his ring attire on Joey's head. Stone dives on Adrian before the bell, whip elbow sideslam. Bryce Benjamin runs out here wearing a WOMAN'S CHEERLEADER SKIRT, Adrian with a hip toss, Bryce jumps in the ring to attack but gets dumped out, D'Sire yanks the skirt off him. Stone hits an elbow, choke on the mat. Stone off the ropes and sits on him! Stone chop gets one. Stone slugs away, slam, off the ropes and gets a knee for two. Stone kicks away, whip sunset flip attempted Adrian gets two. Stone forearm to the head, he kicks away at the back and head. Throws him in the corner, Stone chops, whip corner charges and misses, Serrano rolls him up for two. Slugfest, Serrano whip side kick, whip drop kick, whip spinning heel kick gets two. Serrano whip FLATLINER Stone, D'Sire up on the apron, Stone grabs her and gives her a kiss, she slaps him. Serrano with a suplex gets two. Serrano chops away, whip corner he charges and misses, Stone CLOTHESLINE FROM HECK gets two! Stone waits on Serrano, clothesline missed, side suplex Serrano, the Chicago army rushes in the ring just for the heck of doing so for the SPORTS ENTERTAINMENT FINISH at 6 minutes. Oh bah!

NO WINNER: NO CONTEST -> 6 mins. *½

Disappointing main event, it seems they all gave up on Stone winning tonight or something but this is NOT what I'd like to end a show on. All the Chicago guys beat on Serrano, now the Milwaukee army charges the ring and it's a freakin' RIOT! Milwaukee clears the ring out. Carmine is screaming at the Chicago guys. Frankie Defalco is back out and makes some matches for the next show where they're Milwaukee vs. Chicago. The insults fly, Dysfunction throws a drink at the Chicago guys. Then the fans jump in the ring to dance. And we're done.

The next show on June 4th is set up like this: It's Serrano vs. Stone again but it's no DQ, XXXPlicit Content vs. Dysfunction & Valentino, Brandon Blaze vs. Kingpin, and The Allstars vs. Mexican Pizza. I won't be there to see it though.

The Verdict: Well I had no clue what to expect at this show coming up here blind (though familiar with a few of the Chicago guys) but we got a couple four star matches and one three and a half out of it so I guess I'm pleased with the show overall. I can do without having to dodge wrestlers thrown my way though. And DO SOME ADVERTISING!

Thumbs up.
